- Day 1
Welcome to BolognaArrival at Bologna’s airport where you’ll be welcomed by Ivano and Stéphanie. Free ride through the alleys of the city, discovering Bologna, that is known in Italy as: the wise, the fat and the red. Return to the B&B for a tasting of typical km0 products, cold cuts, cheeses and local wines.

Let’s explore BolognaEnjoy a Free day through the city; take a tour in the historical shops of the city and, for an authentic experience, we can lend you one of our bicycles, that will be waiting for you at the B&B!
- Day 3
Time to get lost in the hills, let’s go to ValsamoggiaBreakfast and transfer to Valsamoggia, a little town in Bologna’s hills, where our headquarter is based. Here Silvia, who will lead the group to the Human Destination Court, will welcome you. We’ll have lunch together and then visit the most beautiful and characteristic villages and craft shops of the valley. Then you’ll relax during the afternoon with the possibility of using the pool in good weather (yes we have a swimming pool in out courthouse, and we spend there our summer lunchbreaks…How cool!)

Let’s walk through ValsamoggiaEnjoy an excursion by mountain bike or feet to the ancient castle of Monteveglio abbey or Castello di Serravalle, with its medieval garden, then spend the afternoon visiting an agricultural and wine farm, wine tasting and lunch on site taste our freshly made tigelle and artisan cold cuts. Dinner and overnight stay.

A little magic! Enjoy Rome and the Castelli RomaniThe eternal city is waiting for you! After breakfast, you’ll travel to the Castelli Romani Park (Rome) where you’ll be welcomed in an elegant Farmhouse. In the afternoon, you’ll take part in Frascati walking tour: surrounded by the bright green of the Roman Castles, the town offers picturesque landscapes. You will walk through its streets to discover the famous Tuscolan Villas built by the Popes in the sixteenth century. Enjoy a nice dinner with typical Roman recipes prepared with organic farm products.

The eternal Rome!Get ready for Rome! After having breakfast at the Agriturismo, enjoy the capital of Italy. Through a walking tour, we will discover the most authentic neighborhoods of the capital: Trastevere, with its markets and alleys full of art and architecture treasures; Testaccio, avant-garde neighborhood in the city's cultural production; Rione Monti, which more than any other district sums up and contains the history of the entire city. After a long day a tasty organic dinner will be waiting for you in the Farmhouse.

Rome, we meet again!Start your day with a rich Breakfast at the Agriturismo, then you’ll move back to Rome. The day will be free, so you will have time to lose yourself in the Roman world and fully enjoy the millenary spirit of the city. Enjoy an organic dinner on the farm.
- Day 8
Wonder through Roman CastlesTime to feel the nature! Enjoy a naturalistic excursion to Nemi from the village to the lake, tasting the tartlets with wild strawberries that made this town famous. Have lunch in fraschetta, a typical tavern of the Castelli Romani. At last, you will travel to Naples and enjoy your accommodation in a B&B.

Living the dream, a pizza in NaplesAfter having Breakfast in the B&B, you will take part in an unusual tour of the city: the "Pizza Tour" conceived by the Slow Food guide, through which we will taste the specialty excellence declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, discover the wonders of Naples in the walk between a genuine pizzeria and the other.
- Day 10
Relax on the Amalfi coast!Arrival in Salerno and transfer to Maiori by Antonella, your new Human Destination. She will treat you to a welcome drink at the Casale, where you will have time to relax. Before sunset, the staff of the Casale will accompany you on a soft trek along the path of the lemons between Maiori and Minori with photographic "pit stops" among flowers, perfumes and gentle faces. It will last two hours with departure from your accomodation, and end of the excursion on the seafront of Minori. A final stop is suggested for a treat in the most famous patisserie on the coast: "Sal del Riso" Experience. Enjoy a Free dinner.
- Day 11
Visit to the places of Flying PeasantsAfter a self-managed breakfast you will leave for the "vertical experience" accompanied by the staff of the Casale al Borgo del Castello. It will be half a day discovering the Borgo of the Castle of Maiori with a visit to the Castle of Thoro Plano and to the places of the Flying Peasants. You will then have lunch in one of the lemon groves of the Borgo where you can admire the photographs taken by Flavia Amabile, a journalist from La Stampa, who documented the heroic agriculture of the Amalfi Coast. Free afternoon and evening.

DAYTRIP! Tour among the Sky and the seaSelf-managed breakfast and then departure for a tour between sky and sea. Take a walk accompanied by the staff of the Casale crossing the Borgo di San Lazzaro and the Botanical Gardens overlooking the sea with the end to the wonderful Baia di Acqua Chiara, from which you can swim to the Sulfur Water Cave. A "free-range" lunch with panuozzo and drink will be organized. Free afternoon and dinner.

Cilento is what deams are made of!Transfer from the Amalfi Coast to Cilento. Arrival in Castellabate where you will be welcomed by Nicola. enjoy a cooking course where the Mediterranean Diet was born. More than a cooking course, it will be about living and spending an authentic experience with an Italian family, in addition to discovering and learning the secrets of Cilento cuisine. We will enjoy the joy and warmth that can only be found here, without forgetting the benefits of the Mediterranean diet and then tasting the delicacies that you learnt to prepare.

Everyone on Board!Boat tour to discover one of the most beautiful coasts of Cilento. A day aboard Nicola's boat to relax, have fun and experience conviviality. Accompanied by him, you will hear history, anecdotes and legends of this land still little known, little explored, but above all unspoiled: the Cilento. You will sail and dive into crystal clear waters like those off the island of the myth of the mermaid Leucosia. Directly on board, we will do a tasting of typical Cilento traditional specialties. The boat is equipped with awning - sundeck - shower - ladder - side door - beach towels - masks and snorkels. If the weather conditions are not optimal we will dedicate ourselves to the discovery of Cilento in its most ancient and historical part, where time seems to have stopped. We will visit historical villages, the museum of the peasant civilization and baronial palaces rich in history and legends that the local elders will be happy to tell you. In absolute relax we will taste the typical Cilentan lunch based on the principles of the Mediterranean Diet that the whole world envies us. Only at the end of this tour you will be able to say that you have discovered Cilento, an unexplored and uncontaminated land, and enjoyed the benefits of "Slow life style". Return in the afternoon. Free dinner and overnight stay.

Saperi & Sapori TourEnjoy the journey to discover the knowledge and flavours of this magnificent land: Cilento. We will get to know the best companies of wines, extra virgin olive oil, buffalo mozzarella and white figs of Cilento and we will discover their history, we will visit the processing environments, but above all we will delight our palate with products with unique flavours. Nicola will also tell you a 2500 year old story, through a guided visit to the archaeological site of the ancient Greek-Roman city of Paestum and the treasures preserved in the National Museum. Return in the evening, free dinner and overnight stay.

Back to BolognaBreakfast, greetings and transfer to Salerno by Nicola. You will reach Naples’ airport and catch a flight to Bologna. Accommodation in B&B and free dinner.

Time to Say goodbye!Breakfast in your B&B in Bologna, then flight from Bologna to Philadelphia.
